Abstract: Keberadaan ikan dan kesuburan perairan merupakan salah satu indikator adanya zooplankton, mengingat peranan zooplankton dalam ekosistem sebagai konsumer pertama yang memakan fitoplankton, kemudian zooplankton dimakan oleh anakanak ikan.
