Spray dried aqueous extract of Orthosiphon aristatus Blume (Java tea)

Abstract: Orthosiphon aristatus (Lamiaceae) is an herb medicinal found mainly in China, Indian and South East Asia. The purpose of this work was to develop a technological process for obtaining dry extract of Orthosiphon aristatus by spray dry.
