Masteria manauara sp. nov., the first masteriine species from Brazil (Araneae: Dipluridae: Masteriinae)

Abstract: The Mygalomorphae comprises 2,731 species distributed in 16 families (PLATNICK 2013) and is well-known for containing most of the largest spider species in the world, mainly in the Theraphosidae. However, Mygalomorphae also contains tiny species, some of which are amongst the smallest spider species ever recorded (RAVEN 1979, 1981, RAVEN & PLATNICK 1981, PLATNICK & FOSTER 1982), a less widely known curiosity.
