Ações de saúde mental na região norte do Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil

Abstract: The objective this study is to describe the actions and intervention projects in mental health in the health services of the cities that are part of Rio Grande do Sul's 15th Regional Health Coordinating Body (15a Coordenadoria Regional de Saúde).
