Laryngeal vocal and endoscopic alterations after thyroidectomy under local anesthesia and hypnosedation

Abstract: Vocal alterations after thyroidectomy are generally related to laryngeal nerve injury or laryngotracheal mobility disorders caused by postoperative fibrosis or strap muscle lesion.
