Abstract: OBJECTIVE:To translate, to perform a cultural adaptation of and to test the reproducibility of the Cochin Hand Functional Scale questionnaire for Brazil.METHODS:First, the Cochin Hand Functional Scale questionnaire was translated into Portuguese and was then back-translated into French.
