A anemia por carência de ferro durante a gravidez tem alta prevalência e compõem diferentes etiologias. É capaz de diminuir níveis de hemoglobina, eritropoiese e ferritina levando a desordens orgânicas e até complicações graves para a gestante e o feto. O hemograma e a avaliação dos níveis de ferritina sérica ajudam no diagnóstico. É necessário a suplementação das deficiências nutricionais adequadas como medidas preventivas e para diminuir o risco de complicações gestacionais. Nesse contexto, pretende-se com essa revisão integrativa apresentar os principais aspectos envolvidos na gravidez em decorrência de anemia ferropriva.A anemia é uma doença de multifatorial, sendo que na gravidez a sua prevalência torna-se importante, pois afeta uma média de 50% das gestantes. Este estudo trata-se de uma revisão narrativa na qual foram consultadas as bases de dados MEDLINE, LILACS e SciELO. Foram selecionados 10 artigos em português e inglês que abordavam os cotermos "anemia gestacional" e "anemia ferropriva". As alterações ocorridas no período gestacional, como a redução dos níveis de hemoglobina e a eritropoiese ineficaz associadas a fatores de risco levam a uma depleção de ferro gerando, assim, uma anemia ferropriva. “…Vitamin D stimulates directly the expression of the insulin receptor in the cell, increasing the insulin response to the glucose stimulus and indirectly, through the concentration of intracellular calcium, which if it is decreased in the adipose and muscular tissue cells leads to a peripheral resistance to the action of (GLUT 4), demonstrating that Vitamin D has an action on the appearance of type 2 diabetes in individuals with decreased levels of vitamin D (2009). On Sun and Zemel (2004) study, was observed that diets rich in calcium, occurs the suppression of circulating 1.25 dihydroxyvitamin D3, which decreases the intracellular calcium concentration of the adipocytes, stimulating lipogenesis and decreasing lipolysis (Matos et al, 2012). When the results of the hemogram were analyzed, it is observed that among the parameters of the red series, patients were found in both communities, with discrete decreased hemoglobin and hematocrit values, suggesting anemia (Table 3).…”

Laboratory analysis has an impact on the different stages of health: prevention, diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutic. Blood samples were collected from quilombolas representatives of the two communities. The samples were stored with anticoagulants (EDTA and fluoride) and without anticoagulant. Were performers the laboratory tests (blood count, lipidogram, urea, creatinine, glycemia and vitamin D). The results showed that 22% of the quilombolas presented values of glycemia among 100 and 126 mg \ dL. Results of the lipidogram test showed 24.4% presented triglyceride variation above 150 mg / dL; 57.7% presented cholesterol above 190 mg / dL; 35.5% had HDL levels below 40 mg / dL and 66.6% had LDL levels above 110 mg / dL. Regarding the hemogram, 15.5% of the hematocrit tests and 24.4% of the hemoglobin tests were found, with values lower than the reference values. Vitamin D presented 40% of patients with values below 30 ng / mL. Glomerular filtration rate calculations showed that 66.66% presented among mild to severe changes in renal filtration rate. The data obtained, show that was possible to highlight that among the quilombolas, there are metabolic disorders of carbohydrates, lipids and vitamin D, which correlate with changes in BMI, justifying cases of overweight.

SUMMARY OBJECTIVE: We studied the users of the Specialized Drug Distribution Program of the public health network. METHODS: A prospective cohort examined the elderly at two intervals of three years and included 30 patients in phase I and 16 in phase II. The methodology was composed of home visits, anthropometric, nutritional and hematological evaluation. For the progression of AD, the Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) scale was used. RESULTS: According to the CDR, the disease evolved, since in 2014 most of the patients were in CDR 3. In the analysis of the micronutrients, only the B vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) presented a significant reduction in 2014. The consumption of carbohydrates and lipids increased in the 2014 evaluation, and protein consumption decreased. As for the average weight of the elderly, there was an increase in 2014, 65.9 (± 15.6) Kg, with a BMI of 26.75 (± 4, 5), in 2011 the average weight was 62.44 kg (± 14, 36), BMI 24.64 (± 4.97). CONCLUSION: The hypothesis that patients are likely to be overweight or obese before the development of AD and that this may be associated with an increased risk of dementia is suggested.
