Características da carcaça de cordeiros submetidos à dietas com inclusão de levedura seca de cana-de-açúcar

Abstract: Objetivou-se estimar os efeitos da substituição do farelo de soja por levedura seca de cana-de-açúcar sobre as características da carcaça e não carcaça de cordeiros terminados em confinamento.
