Abstract: Embora testes de uma repetição máxima (1-RM) sejam amplamente utilizados para a avaliação da força muscular, a falta de familiarização prévia aos procedimentos de testagem pode gerar interpretações equivocadas. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo foi analisar o comportamento da força muscular em crianças pré-púberes durante testes repetitivos de 1-RM.
