Abstract: O presente estudo objetivou examinar a dinâmica das alterações da força explosiva de salto vertical (SV), força explosiva de salto horizontal (SHP) e da força rápida horizontal para a perna direita (STCD) e para a perna esquerda (STCE) nas distintas etapas da preparação em basquetebolistas adultos submetidos ao sistema de treinamento em bloco.
