Comportamento ingestivo de vacas Jersey alimentadas com dietas contendo diferentes fontes de gordura nos primeiros 100 dias de lactação

Abstract: RESUMO -Este trabalho foi conduzido com o objetivo de descrever e comparar o comportamento ingestivo de vacas Jersey na fase inicial de lactação recebendo dietas com diferentes fontes de gordura. As fontes de gordura testadas foram sebo, sais de cálcio de óleo de palma e grão de soja moído, representando, respectivamente, gorduras predominantemente do tipo saturada, insaturada protegida e insaturada.
