Volume de iogurte light e sensações subjetivas do apetite de homens eutróficos e com excesso de peso

Abstract: OBJETIVO: Avaliar, independentemente de outras variáveis, o efeito do volume de iogurte light sobre os parâmetros de ingestão alimentar de homens saudáveis. MÉTODOS: Foi feita incorporação de ar ao iogurte por adição de um produto comercialmente disponível -Emustab® - (6g/300ml) com posterior homogeneização em liqüidificador semi-industrial.
