Análise energética de sistemas de produção de etanol de mandioca (Manihot esculenta Crantz)

Abstract: RESUMOBuscou-se, com este trabalho, analisar energeticamente o sistema de produção de etanol utilizando como fonte de carboidratos, a mandioca. As pesquisas de campo foram realizadas na região do Médio Paranapanema, Estado de São Paulo, no período de janeiro a dezembro de 2007.
