Seria a residência médica emocionalmente prejudicial? Um estudo sobre burnout e características de personalidade de residentes do primeiro ano de ortopedia

Abstract: O objetivo deste artigo foi o de identificar dificuldades emocionais por meio de um estudo de caso prospectivo. Os participantes foram 13 residentes homens do primeiro ano de Ortopedia. Houve a administração do MBI (burnout) no 1 (=T0), 6 (=T1) e 12 (=T2) meses do primeiro ano de residência; Rorschach administrado em T0 and T2.
