Abstract: O artigo faz uma discussão dos conceitos de "satisfação do usuário", "responsividade", "humanização" e "direitos do paciente". Ressaltam-se suas convergências e diferenças, bem como sua pertinência nas pesquisas de avaliação de serviços e sistemas de saúde.
