Abstract: ResumoMuitos resíduos valiosos gerados na fabricação de jóias se perdem pela falta de conhecimento técnico para a recuperação dos metais preciosos utilizados na sua elaboração. Esse trabalho apresenta os resultados experimentais, em escala de bancada laboratorial, do uso de uma rota hidrometalúrgica para tratar sucatas de jóias de ouro empregando amostras com teores acima e abaixo de 10% de Ag.
