Abstract: This report describes the case of a hidrocystoma of the eyelid and the surgical technique used in the therapeutical management of benign cystic lesions of the eyelids. Hidrocystomas are relatively common benign lesions of the eyelids, principally the lower eyelid. They are more common in females over thirty years of age.
