Abstract: Resumo: A síndrome da unha amarela é uma doença rara, caracterizada pela tríade de linfedema, derrame pleural e unhas distróficas de crescimento lento e coloração amarelada. Várias associações já foram descritas, entre elas, afecções crônicas do aparelho respiratório, doenças autoimunes, malignidades e estados de imunodeficiência.
