Bertha Lutz e a construção da memória de Adolpho Lutz

Abstract: Seis meses depois (31.7.1916), Bertha insistia na reaproximação imediata deles dois. Lutz deve ter tentado convencê-la da importância do diploma, indagando o que pensava em fazer quando o obtivesse.Bem, não sei direito. Não sinto nenhum grande entusiasmo por uma carreira científica. Não ligo para os trabalhos muito delicados e difíceis, e a única coisa que me atrai é a botânica, e, ainda assim, mais a parte sistemática do que o resto. Temo que seja a lógica da ciência que exerça maior fascínio sobre mim.
