Abstract: INTRODUÇÃOCom o progresso na técnica cirúrgica, nas soluções de preservação, do manejo pós-operatório das complicações e de drogas imunossupressoras mais potentes e menos tóxicas, o resultado do transplante hepático melhorou acentuadamente nas últimas décadas 1 .
