Gastroparesias: revisão de aspectos relacionados ao conceito, à etiopatogenia e ao manejo clínico

Abstract: Nos últimos anos, tem sido crescente o reconhecimento de doenças e condições clínicas que se associam a retarde do esvaziamento gástrico, bem como a proposição de medicamentos para a correção desta anormalidade, com o conseqüente alívio dos sintomas associados.
