Abstract: A evasão nos cursos de EaD tem causado perdas que vão desde a ociosidade de recursos pessoais e materiais das instituições até o fechamento de cursos com muitos alunos evadidos. O problema é agravado devido aos poucos trabalhos de combate à evasão de alunos em cursos desta modalidade de ensino.
