Abstract: Resumo Este artigo analisa o fenômeno da judicialização da saúde como forma de garantir acesso a tecnologias em saúde (medicamentos, insumos, consultas e procedimentos médicos especializados, órteses, próteses e materiais especiais) no sistema de saúde em Manaus.
