O atendimento humanizado em unidade pediátrica: percepção do acompanhante da criança hospitalizada

Abstract: Estudo qualitativo desenvolvido com o objetivo de investigar a percepção do acompanhante da criança internada sobre a qualidade do atendimento prestado pela equipe hospitalar no tangente ao aspecto da humanização. Os dados foram coletados em outubro de 2006, junto a 20 acompanhantes (um pai, uma avó e 18 mães), em uma unidade pediátrica de um hospital-escola no Noroeste do Paraná, por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada.
