Protein sources and digestive enzyme activities in jundiá (Rhamdia quelen)

Abstract: Digestive enzymes activity influence feed utilization by fish, and its understanding is important to optimize diet formulation. This study reports the digestive enzyme activities of jundiá juveniles fed diets with protein sources.
