Abstract: ABSTRACT: Podisus nigrispinus (Dallas) (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae) is an important biological control agent of the cotton leafworm [Alabama argillacea (Hübner)] in the cotton crops in Brazil. The use of selective products such as pyrethroids has been emphasized in this agroecosystem.
