REGENERAÇÃO DE PLANTAS DE FEIJÃO (Phaseolus vulgaris)VIA ORGANOGÊNESE

Abstract: RESUMO Plantas de feijão foram regeneradas via organogêse, a partir de sementes da cultivar FT 83-120 germinadas em meio MS acrescido de vitaminas B5. Explantes caulinares contendo 3/4 do nó-cotiledonar foram submetidos a três cultivos sucessivos, com intervalos de 21 dias cada um, em três concentrações de BAP (Benzil-aminopurina).
