TM related obstructions of the seminiferous tubules may lead to reductions in sperm count, which presented concretions in 30%‐60% of patients with TM (Dutra, Perez‐Boscollo, Melo, & Cruvinel, ) and reductions in sperm migration test and sperm motility contributing to male infertility (Thomas, Wood, Thompson, Pilling, & Lewis‐Jones, ).
