“…Microliths are randomly scattered throughout the seminiferous tubules of testicular parenchyma and cause infertility in some men by seminiferous tubule obstruction (Zhang et al., ). TM related obstructions of the seminiferous tubules may lead to reductions in sperm count, which presented concretions in 30%‐60% of patients with TM (Dutra, Perez‐Boscollo, Melo, & Cruvinel, ) and reductions in sperm migration test and sperm motility contributing to male infertility (Thomas, Wood, Thompson, Pilling, & Lewis‐Jones, ).
