Abstract: Total stitches with knots tied in the lumen, at posterior wall, over the mucosa are safe full, despite of major inflammation. Serosubmucosal with knots tied in the lumen, at posterior wall, over the mucosa, allows peritoneal adherences formation, and should be avoided.
