This integrative review aimed to identify and assess evidence available about the use of high-efficiency air filters, protective isolation and masks for infection prevention in patients submitted to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during hospitalization. LILACS, PUBMED, CINAHL, EMBASE and the Cochrane Library were used to select the articles. Of the 1023 identified publications, 15 were sampled. The use of HEPA filters is recommended for patients submitted to allogeneic transplantation during the neutropenia period. Medidas utilizadas en la prevención de infecciones en trasplante de células tronco hematopoyéticas: evidencias para la prácticaEsta revisión integradora tuvo como objetivo identificar y evaluar las evidencias disponibles en relación al uso de filtros de aire de alta eficiencia, aislamiento protector y máscaras en la prevención de infección en pacientes sometidos al trasplante de células tronco hematopoyéticas durante la internación. Para la selección de los artículos fueron utilizadas las bases de datos LILACS, PUBMED, CINAHL, EMBASE y la Biblioteca Cochrane.De las 1023 publicaciones identificadas, 15 fueron incluidas en la muestra. El uso de los filtros HEPA es recomendado para pacientes sometidos al trasplante alogénico durante el período de neutropenia. El nivel de las evidencias del aislamiento protector es débil (VI) y los estudios evaluados no recomiendan su uso. No fueron evaluados estudios con evidencias fuertes (I y II) que justifiquen el uso de máscaras, siendo indicado que deben ser seguidas las recomendaciones de los Centers for Disease Control and Prevention en lo que se refiere al uso de respiradores especiales por los pacientes inmunocomprometidos.Los datos evidenciados pueden auxiliar en la toma de decisiones para la asistencia de enfermería.

ResumoDiante das críticas à falta de sistematização da prática psicológica na área da saúde, objetivou-se apresentar uma revisão sistemática em bases de dados on-line de acesso livre e analisar artigos científi cos analítico-comportamentais, publicados entre 2005 e 2014, na área da Psicologia da Saúde. Foram feitos dois procedimentos na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) -Psicologia Brasil, especifi camente no Index Psi Periódicos Técnico-Científi cos, na Scientifi c Electronic Library On-line e na Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde. Na Coleta 1, foi utilizada a estratégia de busca "análise do comportamento" AND saúde OR "medicina do comportamento" OR "psicologia médica", cujos termos deveriam constar como "palavras" ou "em todos os índices". Na Coleta 2, utilizou-se "psicologia" AND outros termos referentes a 45 especialidades da Medicina, presentes no "resumo". A Ficha Cadastral dos Artigos Científi cos orientou a análise quanti-qualitativa em função de sete itens: referência, ano de publicação, tipo de estudo, objetivos, participantes, procedimentos e conclusões. Os resultados sugeriram a aplicabilidade da Análise do Comportamento à área da saúde, ainda que o número de artigos recuperados tenha sido restrito devido a entraves conceituais e metodológicos. Verifi cou-se a necessidade de aproximação dos critérios de análise desses materiais pelos profi ssionais da Ciência da Informação e da Análise do Comportamento.Palavras-chave: Psicologia da Saúde, Medicina do Comportamento, Literatura de Revisão.

Evaluation of the key words used in articles of the Acta Cirurgica Brasileira from 1997 to 2012

PURPOSE: To evaluate the key words used in Acta Cirurgica Brasileira from 1997 to 2012. METHODS: All the key words of all articles published in regular issues between 1997 and 2012 were analyzed, ensuring that these key words were in the MeSH database (Medical Subjects Headings) and the most used subject headings and most wrong repeated key words were ranked. RESULTS: > 4230 key words used in 990 articles were analyzed. Only 579 key words (13.68%) were not in the MeSH database, considering that there was a statistically significant decrease over the years (p<0.001). The three most used key words were Rats, Dogs and Wound healing. Among the wrong ones, the key words were Adhesions, Experimental surgery and Anatomosis. CONCLUSION: There was a gradual improvement in the amount of key words used that belonged to the MeSH database, and there were 618 articles (62.42%) with all key words correct.
