Abstract: RESUMO: Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa interinstitucional que se ocupou dos discursos de professores da escola básica, do Vale do Sinos, Região Metropolitana de Porto Alegre/RS. Os informantes são acadêmicos de uma universidade da região que, por meio de entrevistas e/ou respondendo a um questionário, manifestaram suas representações sobre a inclusão social, em especial, a de sujeitos marcados por diferenças.
