RESUMOInvestigamos indícios da construção da identidade profissional de docentes que atuam na Educação Infantil e observamos elementos que influenciaram fortemente esse processo. Assim, com o apoio teórico de autores (as) como Claude Dubar, Marie-Christine Josso, Luciana Esmeralda Ostetto, dentre outros, este trabalho, de natureza qualitativa, foi realizado por meio da análise de cinco memoriais de formação elaborados por professoras de Educação Infantil participantes de um projeto de extensão. Os memoriais analisados revelaram que as experiências das docentes na família, enquanto alunas da Educação Infantil, bem como durante a formação inicial, são elementos importantes para a formação dessas professoras. Além disso, por meio da prática elas foram construindo e (re) significando concepções que formam suas identidades docentes, revelando um constante movimento dessas professoras de fazer e pensar sobre as experiências.
ABSTRACTWe investigated establishment of evidence of the construction of the professional identity of professionals who work in the Childhood Education and we observed elements that strongly influenced this formation process. In this way, with the theoretical support of authors as Claude Dubar, Marie-Christine Josso, Luciana Esmeralda Ostetto and others, this work, of a qualitative research, was conducted through the analysis of five formative memoirs elaborated by teachers that are participants of an Extension project. The analyzed memoirs revealed that the experiences of the teachers in the family, as students of Childhood Education, as well as during the initial formation, are important elements for the formation of these teachers. In addition, through practice, the teachers have been constructing and (re) meaning conceptions that forms their teacher identities, revealing a constant movement of these ones to do and to think about experiences.
