Abstract

HIGHLIGHTS Logistic equation used for estimation of parthenium competition period on relative yield of maize.  Relative competitive index measured under parthenium infestation periods ranging from 2 WAE.  Logistic model used for determing critical timing for parthenium removal in spring maize to avoid losses.
