O delineamento experimental uti… Show more

“…), the mixture of auxinic did not interfere in the control of plants from these two species (Culpepper et al, 2001). Similarly, the glyphosate mixture with 2,4-D did not affect the control of Abutilon theophrasti and Ambrosia trifida (Robinson et al, 2012). The association of glyphosate (in the dosages of 720 and 1.440 g ha -1 a.e.)…”

“…In scientific literature, the reports the show the effects of joint application of glyphosate with insecticides are limited (Pankey et al, 2004;Scroggs et al, 2005;Petter et al, 2007;Soltani et al, 2012) or fungicides (Bradley and Sweets, 2008;Grichar and Prostko, 2009;Soltani et al, 2012). From the researched papers, only the association of glyphosate with lambda-cyhalothrin and fipronil insecticides showed antagonism in the control of weed Sesbania exaltata, when compared to the effect of glyphosate applied in isolation (Pankey et al, 2004).…”

“…Several studies have shown that the use of a combination of herbicides, insecticides, herbicides and insecticides, insecticides and fungicides, and acaricides and foliar fertilizers produces an antagonistic effect. However, studies investigating the effects of mixing acaricides with insecticides on the control of B. yothersi are lacking.…”

“…[11][12][13] Combining products may lead to degradation of these molecules, and even stimulate or inhibit a metabolic detoxification process in the target organism, which may potentiate the toxicity (synergism) or inhibit the action of one of the molecules (antagonism). 10,14 Several studies have shown that the use of a combination of herbicides, 15,16 insecticides, 17,18 herbicides and insecticides, 19,20 insecticides and fungicides, 21 and acaricides and foliar fertilizers 22 produces an antagonistic effect. However, studies investigating the effects of mixing acaricides with insecticides on the control of B. yothersi are lacking.…”
