Percepção de gestantes sobre a organização do serviço/ assistência em um pré-natal de baixo risco de RecifePerceptions of pregnant women about the organization of the service/ assistance in prenatal low risk in Recife Las percepciones de las mujeres embarazadas sobre la organización del servicio/asistencia en bajo riesgo prenatal de Recife ABSTRACTObjective: To describe the epidemiological profile and the perception of low risk pregnant women care met in a maternity hospital in Recife. Method: Descriptive study with 94 pregnant women attending prenatal low risk, from April to May 2014. Data were collected from subjects and the Maternity Card, using a questionnaire. Results: 71% were brown/black, 17% low education, 26% single/divorced, 49% unemployed and 48% had family incomes below the minimum wage. 28% multigesta and 17% said at least one abortion. However, of the 69 (73.4%) who had undergone tests, 46% were little satisfied/dissatisfied with the delivery time of the exams. Conclusion: Knowing the profile and the satisfaction of pregnant women brings contributions to nursing, since it is for nurses to make prenatal visits of pregnant women considered low risk, being your responsibility to ensure a qualified prenatal care in an integrated manner. The nurse as educator for the benefit of the normal birth Lo enfermero como educador para el beneficio de nacimiento normal RESUMOA assistência pré-natal significa prevenir, diagnosticar e tratar os eventos indesejáveis na gestação, visando ao bem-estar da gestante e de seu concepto. O objetivo do estudo foi evidenciar a importância da orientação do enfermeiro no pré-natal e os benefícios da mesma durante o parto normal. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo, de revisão integrativa da literatura, a pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados SCIELO e BVS, no período de 2010 a 2016, foram utilizados os descritores: Cuidado Pré-Natal, Saúde da Mulher, Trabalho de Parto e Enfermeiro Educador. Os critérios de inclusão foram artigos que abordavam a temática em estudo; que estivessem na íntegra, na língua portuguesa, gratuitos, que estavam contidos no período de tempo determinado para a pesquisa. Foram selecionados 22 artigos e 15 artigos como referência. Os resultados foram expostos em quatro subtítulos, além de uma tabela que integra os benefícios expostos nos dez principais artigos. O pré-natal é o momento mais adequado, onde se oportuniza o trabalho educativo do enfermeiro na assistência das mulheres, preparando-as para o parto. Concluímos que as gestantes são orientadas pelos enfermeiros, contudo, ainda há alguns fatores que precisam ser melhorados, como orientações sobre cuidados com RN e com as mamas.Descritores: Cuidado Pré-Natal, Trabalho de Parto, Enfermeiro Educador. ABSTRACTPrenatal care means preventing, diagnosing and treating undesirable events during pregnancy, aiming at the welfare of the mother and her fetus. The aim of the study was to demonstrate the importance of the orientation of nurses in prenatal care and the benefits of it during normal delivery. A descriptive study was conducted, an integrative literature review, the research was conducted in SCIELO and BVS databases, the period from 2010 to 2016, the descriptors were used: Prenatal Care, Women's Health, Obstetric Labor and Nurse Educator. Inclusion criteria were articles that addressed the topic under study; they were in full, in Portuguese, free, that were contained in the given time period for the search. We selected 22 articles and 15 articles as a reference. The results were exhibited in four captions, as well as a table that integrates the benefits set out in the top ten items. Prenatal care is the most appropriate time, where it favors the educational work of nurses in care of women, preparing them for delivery. We concluded that pregnant women are guided by nurses, however, there are still some factors that need to be improved, such as guidance on care RN and breasts.Descriptors: Prenatal Care, Obstetric Labor, Nurse Educator. Abstract Introduction:In Brazil, children and women's health has been recognized as a priority for some decades. Health actions should focus on the target population living within the area covered by the Basic Health Care Unit, securing the attendance, the treatment, and mainly the evaluation of maternal and child's health. The knowledge about the characteristics of care delivered, and the quality of the prenatal care contribute to improve the health care delivered to pregnant women. Consequently, it leads to an improvement of the indicators of maternal and child's health within the area covered by these services. Objective: Identify the characteristics of the health care delivered to pregnant women in a Basic Health Care Unit in the city of São José do Rio Preto. Materials and Methods: This is a documental, retrospective study with a quantitative approach. Data collection was performed by reviewing the prenatal follow-up records. The study sample was composed of 20% of the total quantity of pregnant women with the probability of giving birth between January and December 2013. Results: The results showed that the pregnant women's predominant age group ranged from 21 to 30 years (64.5%). With regard to the number of previous pregnancies, 33.8% of the women were in the second gestation; 29% were primigravidae, and 14.5% presented more than three pregnancies. In relation to indicators of prenatal care delivered to the pregnant women at the Basic Health Care Unit, 75.8% of the women had more than 6 prenatal visits; 16.1% had 6 prenatal visits, and 6.4% had less than 6 prenatal visits. Regarding gestational age, data showed that all the women (100%) had their first prenatal visit at the first trimester of pregnancy. Of them, 79% have already had a C-section, and 20.9% had vaginal delivery; 96.7% attended to a postnatal care visit. Conclusion: We concluded that a prenatal care of better quality is a major contributing factor to reduce the levels of morbidity and mortality among pregnant women. It facilitates the orientations of complications in their puerperal pregnancy cycle and the prevention of complications.
