Efeito de meios de cultura e fatores físicos no crescimento e esporulação de Alternaria dauci e A. solani

Abstract: Alternaria dauci e Alternaria solani são espécies / 24 h). Show more

“…The NUV light used in this study, negatively influenced the development of S. diffusum. Pulz et al (2009) emphasize that there is a very tenuous relationship between the effects of NUV light on sporulation and the damaging effect of this type of radiation on nucleic acids, its main target. Leach (1962) pointed out that ultraviolet (UV) or near-ultraviolet (NUV) near-ultraviolet light usually induces sporulation, but excessive dosages may inhibit sporulation.…”

“…According to Pulz and Massola Júnior [16], this phase requires high concentrations of sugars, which influence the increase of vegetative development in different species of Alternaria.…”

“…Júnior [16] analysed the effect of 15˚C, 20˚C, 25˚C, 30˚C and 35˚C with continuous light and continuous dark in the V8, ODA and PDA media on the growth and sporulation of Alternaria dauci and found greater growth among the isolates analysed when incubated in continuous dark at 20˚C in the ODA medium, whereas a temperature of a 25˚C led to greater spore production in the V8 medium.…”
