Abstract: OBJETIVO: Avaliar a necessidade de monitoração semanal, pela contagem de leucócitos e plaquetas, dos pacientes portadores de câncer das áreas de cabeça e pescoço, tórax e pelve submetidos a radioterapia externa convencional.
