Indução de calo a partir de eixo embrionário de coqueiro (Cocos nucifera L.)

Abstract: Este estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a capacidade de formação de calos a partir de tecidos originários do eixo embrionário de embriões zigóticos de coqueiro (Cocos nucifera L.) em diferentes concentrações de 2,4-D.
