Avaliação do crescimento e da maturação pós-colheita de pêras da cultivar shinsseiki

Abstract: O objetivo deste trabalho foi estabelecer características do crescimento e verificar os efeitos pós-colheita de etileno exógeno em frutos da pereira asiática (Pyrus pirifolia) 'Shinsseiki'. Em intervalos de 14 dias a partir da plena floração, foram medidos o comprimento e o diâmetro de 20 frutos marcados em 10 plantas de pomar estabelecido em Canguçu, RS.
