-Aims: to investigate how the professional socialization happens through teacher education. Methods: a qualitative research, descriptive, was developed using exploratory interview and narrative interview to clarify and deepen the collected information. Two Physical Education teachers with different stories of personal and professional development participated in this study. Through content analysis the data was organized in themes: the cultural capital and the learning of teaching, as a social, spatial and temporal process; a cognitive, plural and heterogenic process and a human, moral and relational process. Results: life settings can be viewed as the building scaffoldings of a professional socialization with the aim of understanding teachers and their practices in the knowledge of their lives, as influenced by social interactions. In this process of successive socializations, teachers build their professional identity, valuing social interactions in the environments they inhabit. In this study, practice was viewed as a site for training, the production of knowledge, and professional socialization in the acquisition of cultural capital. The knowledge of teachers was conceived as having a social nature, bringing underlying sources of acquisition associated with the family, school, and university because they decisively contribute to the structure of the educational practice. Conclusion: the professional socialization is a dynamic process which involves not only the learning, but the acquisition of a professional ethos and, mainly, a teacher's identity and a base of knowledge that support the social interaction and the teaching culture in the activities and individual socialization in the habitus perspective.

RESUMOO presente artigo tem o objetivo de discutir a relação entre elementos da subjetividade históricocultural com instâncias objetivas do ingresso docente em uma escola da Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal (SEDF). A partir dos conceitos de sentido e significado e da epistemologia qualitativa, nossa concepção se fundamenta em uma perspectiva de unidade objetivosubjetivo, social-individual. Como fundamento teórico-metodológico adotamos a Epistemologia Qualitativa e o seu respectivo método construtivo-interpretativo para o estudo da subjetividade a partir de princípios dialógicos e singulares. A pesquisa foi realizada com seis professores ingressantes em uma escola pública da Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal em Julho de 2014. Em nossa análise da informação, lançamos olhar para três aspectos que surgem nas expressões subjetivas dos professores sobre o ingresso docente, a saber: a cultura organizacional da escola e da SEDF, cursos de formação para o ingresso docente, acolhimento. Em nossas considerações finais, ressaltamos a importância de momentos formativos e do reconhecimento sobre o caráter gerador da subjetividade em seus aspectos individual e social no processo de ingresso docente com as suas particularidades e dificuldades.Palavras-chave: educação pública; ingresso docente; saberes docentes; subjetividade. ABSTRACTThis article aims to discuss the relationship between elements of historical-cultural subjectivity with objective instances of teaching ingress into a school of Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal (SEDF). From the concepts of meaning and significance and qualitative epistemology, our design is based on a perspective of objective-subjective and social-individual unity. As theoretical and methodological foundation we adopt the Qualitative Epistemology and its respective constructive-interpretative method for the study of subjectivity with dialogic and singular principles. The survey was conducted with six newly admitted teachers in a public school of Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Distrito Federal in July 2014. In our analysis of information we lay emphasis on three aspects that arise in subjective expressions of teachers about the teaching ingress: the organizational culture of the school and SEDF, training courses for teaching ingress, reception. In our final considerations, we emphasize the importance of formative moments and the recognition of the generator character of subjectivity in its individual and social aspects in teaching ingress process with its peculiarities and difficulties.

O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar as competências profissionais elucidadas na carreira docente de professores de Educação Física escolar. Participaram 64 professores de Educação Física da rede pública municipal de Porto Alegre - RS. Na coleta de dados, utilizou-se um questionário composto por perguntas abertas e fechadas, cujas respostas foram categorizadas a partir do modelo de competência profissional de Cheetham; Chivers (1998), com o emprego do Software Nvivo 7.0. No conjunto de competências analisadas, identificou-se que professores mais experientes são aqueles que em suas trajetórias se sobressaem as competências funcionais, caracterizadas pela competência específica do ofício e de organização e gestão. Destaca-se que a dimensão social e vocacional foi preponderante no decorrer da carreira docente, em detrimento da dimensão intrapessoal da competência social e pessoal. Apesar da importância da ética à profissão docente, a dimensão competência ética e valores não foi expressiva nas unidades de registro deste estudo.
