RESUMO:Objetivo: Analisar a estrutura da rede social da mãe/acompanhante durante a hospitalização da criança. Método: pesquisa qualitativa, em hospital pediátrico do Rio de Janeiro. Foram entrevistadas dez mães/ acompanhantes de fevereiro a dezembro de 2015. Utilizou-se o referencial teórico-metodológico e a análise de rede social de Lia Sanicola. Resultados: as redes primárias configuraram-se de tamanho médio e laços fortes, principalmente as redes das crianças que estão na primeira hospitalização, pois se mostraram mais numerosas comparadas com aquelas que já tiveram outras hospitalizações. Das redes secundárias, foram mencionadas: redes formal, terceiro setor e mercado. Não foram citadas as redes mista e informal. Conclusão: hospitalizações prolongadas e frequentes da criança interferem na dinâmica da rede social, tendo em vista que, ao longo das hospitalizações, ela se torna menor, porém com laços mais fortalecidos. A rede de atenção primária não foi mencionada e é justificada através do diagnóstico de doença crônica desde o nascimento. STRUCTURE OF THE SOCIAL NETWORK OF MOTHERS/CAREGIVERS OF HOSPITALIZED CHILDRENABSTRACT: Objective: Analyze the structure of the social network of mothers/caregivers during the hospitalization of their child. Method: Qualitative study in a pediatric hospital in Rio de Janeiro. Ten mothers/caregivers were interviewed from February to December 2015. A theoretical-methodological framework and social network analysis by Lia Sanicola were used. Results: The primary networks were medium-sized, with strong bonds, particularly the networks for children being hospitalized for the first time. They were more numerous than those for children who had been previously hospitalized. The following secondary networks were mentioned: formal, third sector and market. No mixed and informal networks were mentioned. Conclusion: Extended and frequent hospital stays of children affect the dynamics of social networks. Over the course of hospital stays, they become smaller, but the bonds within them are strengthened. The primary healthcare network was not mentioned, due to the fact that the children had been diagnosed with chronic diseases since birth. Objective:To analyze the context of health promotion with adolescents in the health and education interface focusing on the actions of the Brazilian School Health Program. Method: Qualitative study conducted in 2015 with professionals working in the Regional Executive Coordination IV, in Fortaleza, Ceará. The data obtained in the interview were processed in the ALCESTE program. Results: 17 health professionals and 22 education professionals participated in the study. The organization of spontaneous demand causes disharmony in the scheduled visits and health actions in the school. The difficulties in the implementation of the School Health Program were demonstrated by the lack of knowledge, the lack of planning among the sectors and the different demarcations in the territory. Conclusion: The professionals' lack of knowledge regarding the program and the lack of action planning confirm the disarticulation of the education and health sectors, although they indicate the possibilities of this inter-sectoral practice.

Rede social de adolescentes em liberdade assistida na perspectiva da saúde pública

Objective: to analyze the meaning of the social networks of adolescents who are under probation and to identify the essential components of these networks. Method: an exploratory study with a qualitative approach. Twenty-six teenagers, aged 13 to 18, participated in the study. For data gathering, the authors chose semi-structured interviews and network maps. Results: it became evident that social networks are essential for adolescents, with the family in a central position -especially the mothers -as well as the Centro de Referência Especializadode Assistência Social (Center for Specialized Reference of Social Assistance -CREAS) for social promotion and construction of new life projects, away from juvenile offending. However, adolescents reported no ties to health workers. Conclusion: the authors observed the need for nurses, as workers in primary health care, to practice in a way that is intersectoral and interdisciplinary, with the aim of strengthening the social networks of adolescents at confl ict with the law. Para a coleta dos dados, optou-se por entrevista semiestruturada e construção de mapas de rede. Resultados: evidenciou-se a essencialidade da rede social para os adolescentes, destacando-se a importância da família -especialmente a mãe -, e do Centro de Referência Especializado de Assistência Social, para promoção social e construção de um novo projeto de vida, sem envolvimento com atos infracionais. Todavia, os adolescentes não revelaram vínculos com profi ssionais de saúde. Conclusão: observou-se a necessidade do enfermeiro, enquanto profi ssional da atenção primária à saúde, atuar de forma intersetorial e interdisciplinar, no sentido de fortalecer a rede social de adolescentes em confl ito com a lei.
