Descrição e análise do acolhimento: uma contribuição para o Programa de Saúde da Família

Abstract: O Programa de Saúde da Família prevê ações de saúde humanizadas, tecnicamente competentes e intersetorialmente articuladas, tornando fundamental "acolher". Este estudo objetivou identificar como se processa o "acolhimento" em Unidades de Saúde da Família, em São Paulo.
