Características mineralógicas de uma topossequência de solos da região de São Pedro, Estado de São Paulo

Abstract: Foram estudados oito pedons localizados em uma topossequência de aproximadamente 25 km de extensão, na região de São Pedro, Estado de São Paulo, indo do rio Piracicaba, na Depressão Paleozóica até o rio Jacaré-Pupira, no Planalto Ocidental. A fração argila da maioria dos solos estudados é formada principalmente por caulinita e gibbsita.
