Convém observar que esses autores estudaram a frequência de HPV 16 em grupos de mulheres com lesões mais graves, enquanto o trabalho ora apresentado considera todas as anormalidades citopatológicas, na sua análise, das quais somente 12 se apresentavam com HSIL ou lesão maior.…”
