Abstract: É descrito um caso de entomoftoromicose rinofacial por Conidiobolus coronatus, em paciente procedente de São Paulo (Capital), tratado com sucesso pelo fluconazol, por via oral, através terapêutica prolongada. Dados histopatológicos e micológicos confirmaram o diagnóstico.
