El ciclo evolutivo experimental de Diphyllobothrium erinaceieuropei en Paracyclops fimbriatus, larvas de Bufo arenarum y caninos

Abstract

Los huevo s de i parasit o s e obtuvieron d e hece s d e canino s infectado s naturalmente y s e conservaron refrigerado s e n agua . S e incubaron 7 dias a 25°C par a qu e desarrollaran lo s coracidios y s e pusieron e n recipientes qu e contenía n a los copépo¬ dos mencionados . Al cab o d e 1 2 dia s a 22,6°C (promedio ) s e hallaron procercoide s maduros e n ello s y s e agregaron 1 0 renacuajo s d e Buf o arenarum . Esto s s e exami¬ naron po r disecció n 22 , 23 , 6 1 y 10 7 dia s después , hallándose e n todo s 1 o má s plerocercoides (Temperatur a promedio : 24,9°C) .El di a 23 , de 6 renacuajos s e obtuvieron 4 9 plerocercoides, d e los cuales se admi¬ nistraron 28 , por vi a oral , a una perra . El di a 107 , 3 d e 1 1 plerocercoide s obtenido s de un renacuaj o s e le dieron a otra perr a po r l a misma vía.Se hallaro n huevo s de i cestod e e n Ia s heces del prime r canin o a parti r del dí a 22 posterio r a l a infecció n (p.i. ) y a lo s 3 0 día s p.i. , segmento s d e estróbila . E n e l segundo canin o s e hallaron huevo s a los 3 0 días p.i. . Se pusieron coracidios en los recipientes qu e contenían a lo s copépodos . S e extrajeron 3 a 5
