RESUMOObjetivo: analisar a qualidade dos dados e informações registrados pelos profissionais de saúde da atenção básica em relação ao tratamento de usuários com tuberculose. Método: Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental, com abordagem quantitativa, realizada em nove Unidades Básicas de Saúde da zona urbana do município de Pau dos Ferros, interior do Rio Grande do Norte. Dados foram coletados no período de fevereiro a março de 2014 por meio de um instrumento próprio, do tipo checklist, o qual continha questões envolvendo o usuário no que se refere ao tratamento para tuberculose, tais como início e tipo da doença, sintomas iniciais, reações adversas, realização de baciloscopia e exame de escarro, presença de bactérias multirresistentes, medicações utilizadas, orientações dos profissionais de saúde, registro de visitas domiciliares, Tratamento Diretamente Observado (TDO), comorbidades, presença da ficha do Sinan no prontuário ou livro de registro e realização de outros exames além dos de tuberculose. Os resultados evidenciaram a má qualidade dos registros e a ausência de dados e informações importantes que deveriam constar nos prontuários, o que compromete a qualidade da assistência prestada aos usuários, haja vista que detalhes essenciais de suas condições estão sendo negligenciados. Nesse sentido, espera-se que os achados desta pesquisa possam contribuir para o aperfeiçoamento dos aspectos discutidos. Palavras-chave:Atenção primária à saúde. Tuberculose. Prontuários.

ABSTRACT:Objective: to analyze the spatial distribution of tuberculosis in Crato, Ceará, Brazil, from 2002 to 2011, aiming to check for a point pattern. Methods: This is an ecological, temporal trend and hybrid design study, with a quantitative approach. A total of 261 cases of tuberculosis were geo-referenced and 20 (7.1%) were considered as losses due to the lack of address. The profile of patients in 10 years of study was in accordance with the following pattern: men aged between 20 and 59 years, with low schooling, affected by the pulmonary form of tuberculosis and who were cured from the disease. Results: The analysis of the spatial distribution of tuberculosis points out that in the period of study, new cases of the disease were not distributed on a regular basis, indicating a clustered spatial pattern, confirmed by the L-function. The map with the density of new cases estimated by the Kernel method showed that the "hot" areas are more concentrated in the vicinity of the central urban area. Conclusion: The study allowed pointing out areas of higher and lower concentration of tuberculosis, identifying the spatial pattern, but it also recognized that the disease has not reached all of the population groups with the same intensity. Those who were most vulnerable were the ones who lived in regions with higher population densities, precarious living conditions, and with intense flow of people.

Introduction: Tuberculosis (TB) remains as a major public health problem, being the second infectious disease to cause death all over the world. The Directly Observed Treatment (DOT) is one of the recommended strategies to control this disease. The accession in this mode of treatment is integrated into the Tuberculosis Control Program (PCT), this program also provide socio-economic incentives as the distribution of food baskets, bus passes and breakfast. Moreover, public policies for social protection help both family development and social vulnerability. Tuberculosis is still associated with social exclusion and marginalization of the population subjected to poor living conditions and limited access to public services.Objective: Analyze the potential accession to tuberculosis treatment related to individual and social vulnerability aspects. Methods:Cross-sectional, qualitative study, conducted with 39 individuals diagnosed with tuberculosis and in treatment for at least 30 days in the city of Campina Grande, Paraiba, Brazil. 20 markers were used as analysis units, with the possibility of score responses from one to three. The lower scores indicate lower potential of adherence to treatment, while the highest ones express greater potential accession.Results: xx markers that were more related to score one and indicated lower potential adherence to tuberculosis treatment were: tuberculosis impact on labor; conception of health-disease causality and work process (employment status).
