It is also worth emphasizing that 20% of the individuals with heart disease reported symptoms during exercise, suggesting that these patients could be exercising under an ischemic condition, and, therefore, be at risk for arrhythmias and cardiac arrest 9 . The data presented indicate the need for a greater medical consciousness in regard to the recommendation of exercises for individuals with heart disease, and also the need for an appropriate recommendation, so that the patients know how to exercise at lower risk.…”
