“…With this loss of professional identity, the implementation of the systematization of nursing care ends up being underestimated. (13) A different approach in the literature, also found in this study, is the lack of knowledge as a factor that hinders the process of implementation of the systematization of nursing care, as it is associated with the fragmented practice of the phases of the nursing process, with the lack of a theoretical-philosophical reference and with the difficulty of detaching themselves from the biomedical / Cartesian model. (14) So, it is important that nurses understand systematization of nursing care, not as a quick recipe, but as a method that can contribute to the care.…”

“…Therefore, the Systematization of Nursing Care (SNC) is conceptualized as a method of providing care to obtain satisfactory results in the implementation of care, with the objective of reducing complications during treatment, in order to facilitate the adaptation and patient recovery. [3][4][5][6] The use of this method requires critical thinking the professional, who should be objective focused and results oriented in order to meet the needs of the patient and his family; requiring constant updating, skills and experience, being guided by ethics and standards of conduct. Therefore, it is a way of exercising the nursing profession with autonomy based on the technical-scientific knowledge in which the category has been developing in the last decades, and increasing the visibility and professional recognition.…”

“…This aspect is confirmed by other studies, which show a great lack of preparation of the team, especially nursing technicians, mainly due to a lack of knowledge about NCS. 1,8,9,14 The non-integration of nursing technicians in NCS can also contribute to the perpetuation of this lack of knowledge, which can be seen through the results of a study that aimed to evaluate the implementation process of NCS in a pediatric unit. It evidenced that participation in the initial implementation process included 90% of the nurses and 23.26% of the nursing technicians.…”

“…12,13,15 Thus, for the successful implementation of NCS, it is essential to emphasize the importance of the participation of the entire health team in an integrated work process. 1 It is therefore emphasized that, for better implementation of nursing care to be possible through the implementation of NCS, it is necessary to strengthen the contribution of all members of the nursing team. 4 Regarding the different perceptions between the groups participating in the study, it can be seen that in the similarity analysis of the teachers the training aspect of the nursing technicians appears as the main element and, therefore, as the route to change the view of the teachers.…”
