Facilidades de acesso reveladas pelos usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde

Abstract: This study aimed to examine the perceptions of users about the ease of access to actions and services of the Single Health System (SHS). Qualitative study conducted with 24 users of SHS in a federal hospital in Rio de Janeiro.
